Yes, your trimmer can charge while docking. It offers three methods of charging the battery, and you can also dock your trimmer without a battery.

How long does the battery last? Can I use the product abroad?

The battery lasts for 2 hours, and by the time it's drained, the second battery included will be fully charged. You can use the product abroad as the voltage is compatible anywhere.

When purchasing a trimmer, consider the blade type, motor power, corded/cordless use, battery life, attachments, and maintenance. After every few uses, apply a few drops of clipper oil to the blade to keep it lubricated.
